About Chamfered Centre LLC
Chamfered Centre LLC is the parent company of a number of historic properties in Florence WI. The owners, Don & Rachel Egelseer saw the need for historic preservation of buildings that were landmark in nature and linked to the early mining/logging history of the area.
Judge House and Sells House were both acquired in Jan. 2000 from an estate and underwent ground-up restorations.
Tiderman House and the Ballroom were acquired in 2004, were restored, and put into operation. The Barber Shoppe in 2005, Bakery in 2006, and Resale shoppe in 2009 were also restored and made useful to the town again. Nurturing small businesses went hand in hand with the restorations till we are where we are at the present with 7 historic properties and a carwash saved from extinction.
